Distant Views Bed and Breakfast has just what you’re looking for in hill country lodging in Fredericksburg, Texas…miles and miles of views! This charming, private suite is located up a flight of stairs, allowing you to feel like you are perched on top of the world. Enjoy the unbelievable view from your spacious deck with outdoor seating, perfect for reflecting on life or having a glass of wine in the evening. Through sliding glass doors (with built-in blinds for privacy) you will enter your comfortable, elegant suite. Notice the soaring cathedral ceiling and the authentic distressed pine floors.
Guests enjoy a beautiful queen size bed with beautiful linens, a comfortable sitting area, and a private bath with a large tiled shower. In the mini-kitchen you will find a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot with all the fixin's, toaster oven, blender and even a little two-burner stovetop.
Every need has been met and every whim has been anticipated. You are sure to appreciate the granite countertops in kitchen and bath, the romantic chandelier above the bed, the 37" flat screen TV with satellite selections, plus a DVD player, full size iron and ironing board, plantation shutters and...well, just too much to name it all!
This little Hill Country cabin is located only 7 miles from town but provides views that rival properties much farther out. -Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
