With 4 cottages on site totaling 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 14 guests, the cottages create a flexible setup for family trips, friend getaways, or special celebrations.
Each cottage is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay, with air conditioning, heating, free WiFi, televisions, and laptop-friendly spaces. The full kitchen setup in Sandy's Serenity includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, wine glasses, and all the essentials for enjoying meals at home. Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, an iron, and a hair dryer help make packing light a breeze, while self check-in adds convenience from the moment you arrive. The other 3 cottages are equipped with kitchenettes and coffee makers.
One of the standout features is the private hot tub at each cottage, offering relaxing places to unwind after a day exploring town. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

- Check out is 11am
- No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
- No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
- Daily housekeeping is not provided
- Park in designated areas only
- We ask our guests to sign rental agreements
- Guests must climb stairs to access the cottages
- Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
