This rare gem is one of only a handful of guest units located directly on Fredericksburg's historic Main St., and is a Historic landmark, known as the birthplace of Admiral Nimitz. Inside is a King bed, mini kitchen, and plenty of old-world Texas charm! You will not want to miss your chance to be part of Fredericksburg history!

Please note: This is a historic building, and as such, has unique features. Guests MUST climb stairs to access the loft. Additionally, due to the restrictions based on modifying noted landmarks, the AC and heat are sourced from downstairs and therefore guests do not have access to modify temperature. Summer months will be kept at 70 and under. Portable units are also available. 

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies. 

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. 
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
