Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies. 

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. 
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation  is issued.

HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am 
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted 
-No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
