Please note, the owner lives onsite. This is a semi-detached unit located next to the owner's home. There is one shared wall. There are no shared spaces.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
