With 17+ years in operation, Fredericksburg Brewing Company is the oldest brewpub in Texas. It is located in the heart of the historic downtown shopping district, where you’ll find their establishment in a restored two-story building from the 1890s. Touring the building in itself is an experience to be savored, but add in the mouth-watering food, extensive dining area, air-conditioned biergarten, and lager room with retail space – and you’ve got the makings for an amazing time. Their menu features a little bit of everything, from southwestern egg rolls and street tacos to German favorites. When paired one of their 8 original beers on top, you can’t go wrong.
