Terms of Eclipse Bookings:
- There is a 3 night minimum for all Eclipse bookings. Guests are required to book Monday, April 8th in order to view the Eclipse from the property.
- Guests are only permitted to bring the number of guests listed on their reservation. NO additional guests will be allowed.
- NO tents, RVs, or other temporary/traveling structures are allowed on property.
- All those reserved for the Eclipse must acknowledge Absolute Charm is NOT responsible for changes in weather or other potential obstructions or interruptions.
- Guests agree to use proper precautions when viewing the Eclipse and purchase or provide their own Eclipse glasses. Absolute Charm will NOT provide safety gear.
- Absolute Charm is not responsible for any changes in additional services offered by property owners, including catering, beverages, or Eclipse viewing gear. Any special offers are subject to change at any time.
- Cancellation policies will remain as according to our regular Policies, but they will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
- It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE for your Eclipse reservation. No exceptions to the changes or cancellations policies will be allowed.
