Inside the home you will find three Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a set of twin trundle beds AND a Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the total occupancy to 10! The fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials, plus an assortment of small appliances and serveware, making this home an entertainer's dream! Guests can also enjoy the added convenience of a full size washer and dryer inside the home.
Outside is an unbeatable entertainment area with a private hot-tub, a wood-burning fire-pit, gas grill, covered dining area with a fireplace, and yard games! We know you and your family (or friends) will love Blue Haus just as much as we do!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
