This newly renovated 1890 historic cottage is centrally located to all downtown attractions. You are within walking distance to the bluff overlooking stunning sunsets on the mighty Mississippi River, antebellum homes, downtown shopping, music venues, restaurants, City Hall, the Federal Courthouse, convention and civic centers, and more.
You will feel right at home in this spacious and well appointed retreat featuring: a master bath with shower and claw footed soaking tub, 2 queen bedrooms, a bonus office room converts to a 3rd bedroom (seating transforms to a comfortable full size twin or there is a double pullout sofa bed in the living room), a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room with washer - dryer.
