On the property you will find miniature farm animals including goats, horses and a donkey. Also guests can enjoy collecting their own farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop. The pond offers an opportunity for bird watching: 2 resident muscovy ducks along with a variety of water birds that come to visit. Guests can fish, kayak, paddle-board or relax and enjoy the view.
The home features 2 fully equipped kitchens…down to the last teaspoon! 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas. The downstairs living room features a wood burning stove, reclining sectional couch, 75” TV, pool table, ping pong table, and a selection of board games, ensuring fun for all ages.
This spacious home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The two king bedrooms each have electric fireplaces and TVs. A clever bunk-room with picture windows captures the amazing view and sleeps four. The stylish bathrooms, each feature a walk-in tiled shower with glass doors.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
