This single-level home offers an easy, comfortable stay for up to six guests, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms designed for laid-back getaways with family or friends.
Inside, the home features a cozy fireplace, central heating and air conditioning, and thoughtful touches that make settling in simple. Guests can enjoy a full kitchen with modern conveniences including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and all the dishes and utensils needed for home-cooked meals or relaxed mornings with coffee. The dining table offers a comfortable spot to gather, while the living area includes a television, streaming options, board games, and free Wi-Fi for easy entertainment and connection.
The bedroom layout is ideal for groups, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and two additional queen bedrooms. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided, along with conveniences like a washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and dedicated workspace for guests mixing leisure with remote work. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
- Check in is 4pm
- Check out is 11am
- No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
- No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
- Daily housekeeping is not provided
- Park in designated areas only
- We ask our guests to sign rental agreements
- There are no “checkout chores”
- Wood is not provided for the indoor fireplace
- Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
