Parker House features a king bedroom and a private bath with a walk-in shower. Pfiester House features a king bedroom and private bath with both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation. A $45 per pet, per night fee will apply.

Please note there is no dishwasher or stove. 

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted 
No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
Daily housekeeping is not provided

Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
