The Red Door Bungalow is a delightful three bedroom, two bath cottage just a few blocks from Fredericksburg’s famous Main Street shops, restaurants and art galleries. The cottage is decorated in upscale urban-chic style and offers that clean, refreshing feeling that today’s guest is seeking.
As you enter the cottage, you will appreciate the large open kitchen with high-end appliances, combined with a large, sunny dining area. Directly behind, you will find a spacious, comfortable den with a large flat screen streaming television . The bungalow’s split floorplan includes a beautiful master suite off the den, offering peace and privacy. The master includes a beautiful king size bed, sitting area, and large flat screen television. It also boasts a huge en suite bathroom that includes a large walk in shower as well as his and hers vanities.
Off the kitchen you will find the other two bedrooms which share a bath. One bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the other includes two twins. They share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.
The Bungalow is excellent for couples or small groups of up to six individuals. If you are looking for a clean, modern, spacious Texas vacation rental close to Main Street, then the Red Door Bungalow in Fredericksburg is just the place for you!
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
